Ten SoftGym plates with the same motor, speeds and limit. Under each one: its footpad, its bands and its price.

Three footpads run through the range. Pyramid nubs with beads sit on Black, Midnight Bluetooth, Gray, White, Pink and Blue. Concentric rings sit on Deep Black and Gray White. Small triangles with rows of beads sit on Dark Black and Royal Blue. Barefoot, you will feel the difference more than in sneakers.

The bands differ too. Black, Gray, White, Pink and Blue come with two resistance bands with handles, which you loop under the plate for rows and curls, plus five loop bands. Dark Black, Deep Black, Gray White and Royal Blue come with the handle bands, and Midnight Bluetooth with the five loop bands. If you already own bands, pick by color and footpad alone.

What comes in the box with your SoftGym plate?

The plate, an infrared remote, a power cord, a user guide and resistance bands. Which bands depends on the color: Black, Gray, White, Pink and Blue come with two handle bands and five loop bands, Dark Black, Deep Black, Gray White and Royal Blue with the two handle bands, and Midnight Bluetooth with five loop bands.

Is your SoftGym plate loud?

Every plate makes some noise: you hear the motor and the deck. Higher speeds are louder than lower ones, and a thin rug under the plate on a wooden floor softens the sound if you share walls.

Can you use a SoftGym plate every day?

Many people use it on most days for a few minutes at a time. Keep sessions short, stay within the 15-minute timer, and keep doing your walks and strength work: US guidelines call for 150 to 300 minutes of moderate activity a week and strength work on two days.

Do you pay more for some SoftGym colors?

No. All ten colors of the plate have the same price in our current update, and they share one pool of ratings.

Which SoftGym color lets you play music from your phone?

Midnight Bluetooth. Its console has a speaker you pair with your phone, its remote has volume keys, and it comes with five loop bands instead of two handle bands.

Which of the three black SoftGym plates should you pick?

Pick by what you want under your feet. Black has pyramid nubs with beads, Deep Black has concentric rings, and Dark Black has small triangles with rows of beads. The motor, speeds, programs and limit are the same.
