Where the facts come from

Every spec on this site comes from our own product data: the 450 lb limit, the 120 speeds, the five programs and the 1 to 15 minute timer of the plate, the 30 levels of the Twister Arm. What each color includes was checked against the photo of that color's box. Prices come from our scheduled catalog update.

Health wording

Vibration plates are sold with big promises about fat, toxins and lymph. We do not repeat them. When our pages talk about circulation, balance, bones or the lymphatic system, they say what the public sources below say, with the same caution, and nothing more.

Public health sources

Our guides lean on medical centers, public agencies and published reviews of the research on whole-body vibration. Every source is opened and read before a sentence cites it, and the date we read it is printed with it.

Ratings and photos

The star rating and the number of ratings on a product come from shoppers at our retail partner, as of our last update. All ten colors of the plate share one pool of ratings, and we count it once.

Product photos and the film on our pages come from our own product photography and videos, cropped so that no headline sits on them.
