Orders, deliveries and returns

Orders go through our retail partner. For a delivery, a refund or a plate that arrived damaged, use the order page where you checked out: that is where the order lives.

Health questions

We can tell you how the plate moves, what each speed and program does and how long a session runs. Whether whole-body vibration is right for you is a question for your doctor, who knows your health.
